Heat Cure Dental Acrylics
Our range of heat cure denture base acrylics is the largest in the world. We have developed various formulations suitable for both normal and tropical climates so that the performance of our materials is of a consistently high standard no matter what geographic region they are in.

Heat cured denture based materials are key ingredients in the denture appliance. The acrylics rest on the denture foundation (the oral mucosa membrane or basal seat) and have teeth attached to them. They are designed to withstand considerable occlusal load.

Our colour matching technology is highly accurate and very consistent. We use a range of spectrophotometer devices to measure spectral variation and depth of opacity. After all the normal checks, we use the toughest test of all – trained human eyes - to quality inspect each and every batch before packing and sending the goods.

This allows us to produce a wide range of lifelike shades that have become industry standards such as (but not not limited to); pink, pink veined, veined, light veined, reddish veined, dark veined (meharry), translucent, translucent vein and many more.

The core ‘off-the-shelf’ heat cure materials we manufacture are listed below. This is a small example of our entire range. You can click on the links to obtain more detailed specification sheets. If you think this could be a close match to your requirements, contact us for sales or if you wish to tailor the properties slightly for your unique business or geographic region, our technical team will be more than happy to hear from you.
