Tooth Polymers
Tooth materials demonstrate very high abrasive resistance & fracture toughness coupled with excellent workability. Colour reproduction is flawless while porosity is all but eliminated. We have developed homo-, co- and cross-linked polymers for the tooth industry.

The Makevale Group manufactures tooth materials at its Blackpool site. The molecular weight is extended to provide enhanced processing/handling properties, clean finishing characteristics, increased solvent resistance and a higher melt temperature in the final tooth product.

The core ‘off-the-shelf’ tooth materials we manufacture are listed below. This is a small snapshot of our range. You can click on the links to obtain more detailed specification sheets. If you think this could be a close match to your requirements, contact us for sales or if you wish to tailor the properties slightly for your unique business or geographic region, our technical team will be more than happy to hear from you.
